Yes! You can upgrade to Standard at any time from your dashboard. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you'll have instant access to all the additional features like member directory, event management, and AI tools.

There is a one-time $50 setup fee for onboarding and administrative costs. This covers account configuration, payment processing setup, and initial training resources. There are no long-term contracts - you can cancel your subscription at any time.

For your subscription, we accept all major credit cards. For donations to your church, members can give via credit/debit cards or ACH bank transfers.

We do not currently offer discounts for annual billing or nonprofit organizations. However, this is something we are actively considering for the future. Our pricing is already designed to be affordable for churches of all sizes, and we're committed to keeping costs low while delivering great value.

No limits! Both plans support unlimited donors and unlimited donations. You only pay the monthly subscription plus the standard transaction fees on each donation.

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you can export all your data before your account is closed. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

When you use any pay-per-use service (email, SMS, transcription, AI content, or additional storage), a $5 minimum monthly charge applies. If your actual usage exceeds $5, you pay only the actual amount. If you don't use any pay-per-use services in a month, there's no additional charge beyond your subscription. This minimum helps cover the administrative costs of usage-based billing.
