Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! Add a module any time from your Billing dashboard — you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle and the feature turns on immediately, then the module's monthly price is added to your plan. Removing a module takes effect at the end of your paid billing period (you keep access until then; no partial refunds). And if your add-ons ever reach $75/month, you simply get the Complete plan — everything included, never more than $75.

There is a one-time $50 platform setup fee, charged at sign-up. The Church Website add-on has its own one-time $50 build & launch fee, charged when you add the website (no setup fee with the Complete plan). There is no free trial — your subscription begins when you sign up — but there are also no long-term contracts: you can cancel at any time, and you keep access through the period you've paid for.

For your subscription, we accept all major credit cards. For donations to your church, members can give via credit/debit cards or ACH bank transfers.

We do not currently offer discounts for annual billing or nonprofit organizations. However, this is something we are actively considering for the future. Our pricing is already designed to be affordable for churches of all sizes, and we're committed to keeping costs low while delivering great value.

No limits! Both plans support unlimited donors and unlimited donations. You only pay the monthly subscription plus the standard transaction fees on each donation.

Your data belongs to you. If you cancel, you can export all your data before your account is closed. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

When you use any pay-per-use service (email, SMS, transcription, AI content, or additional storage), a $5 minimum monthly charge applies. If your actual usage exceeds $5, you pay only the actual amount. If you don't use any pay-per-use services in a month, there's no additional charge beyond your subscription. This minimum helps cover the administrative costs of usage-based billing.
