Under Duty Management you define the roles your congregation needs, and the system builds your schedule automatically — published, filled, and covered for the weeks ahead. Open Assignments to see exactly who is serving and when. The Coverage tab flags any open slot before it becomes a problem. And every member has their own view: sign up for open roles, request a swap, and sync it all to their calendar.

Bible Classes & Teachers

FaithfullyGiving gives you a complete Bible-class system. The Teaching Dashboard organizes your curriculums by age group, from preschool through the adult Bible class. Your teachers live here too — see everyone's approved age groups, and when a member volunteers, approve them with a single click. Open any curriculum to see its full weekly lesson plan, each lesson dated and ready to assign, or let the assistant generate lessons and suggest teachers. And members can sign up to teach the classes they're gifted for, then track their commitments and weekly lessons in one place.

AI Assistant (Barnabas)

Meet Barnabas AI, your church's built-in assistant. Ask it anything about your congregation, and it looks up your church's own data to answer. Barnabas is built for trust: it works from a doctrinal and safety foundation, every action that changes data asks for your approval first, and it can never delete anything. Record a sermon or Bible study, and FaithfullyGiving transcribes it and generates outlines, summaries, study guides, and discussion questions. And you stay in control of the cost — choose the right model for each task, see the exact price per question, and set a monthly cap.

Media & Sermons

FaithfullyGiving's media library hosts all your sermons, audio, and video in one place, beautifully organized and easy to browse. Adding a message is simple: give it a title, the series and scripture it belongs to, and the presenter, then choose audio or video, upload, and publish. Everything is grouped by series and fully searchable, as a grid or a list. And your congregation can watch or listen any time, from any device, and engage with likes, comments, and following their favorite presenters.

Church Website Builder

Your church website is built right into FaithfullyGiving. Start by picking a professionally-designed template, then edit all your wording with no code. Set your logo, hero image, colors, and fonts to match your brand, and fine-tune how your site appears in Google and on social media. Manage your pages — About, Ministries, Sermons, Events, and Giving. Click Publish, and a minute later it's live at your own church address, every page in sync with your live sermons, events, and giving.

Permissions & Access

FaithfullyGiving gives you two simple layers of control over who sees what. First, church-wide: under Settings, then Permissions, you turn whole features on or off for your entire congregation. If a feature is switched off here, no one sees it. Second, per person: under Church, then Members, open any member and choose the Permissions tab to set their role and fine-tune each feature. So if a member ever says "I can't see something," you always know exactly where to look.

Accept Online Giving

Before your church can receive online contributions, you complete a quick, secure merchant application right inside FaithfullyGiving. You start with your church's basic information and tax-exempt status, set up the ministry that will process the giving, and add the checking account where payouts are deposited — encrypted and handled by our secure payment processor. A simple identity check helps protect against fraud, then you review everything before you submit. Once approved, your church is ready to receive gifts online by card or by bank transfer, with that low one-dollar flat ACH fee.
