What does it cost to switch?
Nothing. We import your member directory and walk you through setup on a free call. There is no import fee and no up-front license. If you only need online giving, the Contribution Only plan is $0/month after a one-time $50 setup.
What can you import?
Your member directory: names, families, contact details, and the other member information you keep today. Send it as a spreadsheet or an export from your current system (for example, Congregate), and we map it into FaithfullyGiving for you.
Who pays the processing fees on gifts?
The giver does, and we show it plainly before they give. A small fee is added on top of the gift (2.9% + 30¢ by card, $1 flat by bank transfer), so your church receives the full amount. Giving by bank keeps the fee at just $1 no matter the size of the gift. If a gift is ever refunded, the donor gets the full gift back; the processing fee itself is non-refundable.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time, and your data always belongs to your church.
