Getting Started on Mobile Member
Download, install, and navigate the FaithfullyGiving mobile app.
Downloading the App
Open Your App Store
Open the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for FaithfullyGiving
Search for "FaithfullyGiving" in the store's search bar.
Install the App
Tap Get (iOS) or Install (Android) to download the app.
Logging In
Open the App
Find the FaithfullyGiving icon on your home screen and tap to open.
Enter Your Credentials
Enter the email and password you use to log in to FaithfullyGiving on the web.
Navigating the App
The app has a simple navigation bar at the bottom:
- Home: Dashboard with quick access to common actions
- Give: Make donations to your church
- Events: View and RSVP to upcoming events
- Directory: Browse church members
- More: Profile, settings, and additional features
Enabling Notifications
Allow push notifications to stay informed:
Enable When Prompted
When the app asks to send notifications, tap Allow.
If you missed the prompt, enable notifications in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > FaithfullyGiving > Notifications
- Android: Settings > Apps > FaithfullyGiving > Notifications
Logging Out
To log out of the app:
- Tap More in the navigation bar
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Log Out
Giving on Mobile Member
Make donations and manage giving from your phone.
Making a One-Time Gift
Tap Give
From the home screen or navigation bar, tap Give.
Enter Amount
Type the amount you want to give. You can also tap preset amounts.
Select Fund
Choose where your gift goes: General Fund, Building Fund, Missions, etc.
Choose Payment Method
Select a saved payment method or add a new card/bank account.
Complete Gift
Review your gift and tap Give Now to complete the donation.
Adding a Payment Method
Tap Add Payment Method
During giving or from More > Payment Methods, tap Add.
Enter Card Details
Enter your card number, expiration, and CVV. Or select Bank Account for ACH.
Save
Tap Save to securely store your payment method for future gifts.
Setting Up Recurring Giving
Start a Gift
Begin as if making a one-time gift.
Toggle Recurring
Enable Make this recurring toggle.
Choose Frequency
Select Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, or First & 15th.
Set Start Date
Pick when the recurring gift should begin.
Confirm
Tap Set Up Recurring Gift to activate.
Viewing Giving History
See all your past donations:
- Tap More in the navigation
- Tap Giving History
- Browse by date or filter by year
Managing Recurring Gifts
View and edit your recurring gifts:
- Go to More > Recurring Gifts
- Tap a recurring gift to edit
- Change amount, frequency, or payment method
- Or tap Cancel to stop the recurring gift
